I have a Takagi TK 2 on demand hot water heater installed in my home. I have 5 kids and they really enjoy long showers. Although it is a nice luxury to have endless hot water,Coach USA, my gas bill is way too high. I have been looking around for some kind of timer that could be installed on the unit so that it would produce hot water for a pre determined length of time (about 17 20 min.) then cut off and wait for awhile (about 5 min.) My 16 year old daughter has been known to take as long as 1 ? hour showers!
